Sales Development Representative (French Speaking)

About the role

Redis is looking for a French‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join its Field Outbound SDR team in London. You will work closely with Account Executives, global SDRs and the marketing team to build a high‑quality pipeline of sales‑qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Research and prospect predefined named accounts, generating qualified leads.
• Develop, nurture and move leads through the sales process using tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Drift and 6sense.
• Execute outbound engagement campaigns (email, phone, social, video) targeting the ideal customer profile.
• Track activity and performance against weekly KPIs, maintaining accurate data in Salesforce.
• Hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives and support follow‑up activities.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and native‑level French.
• Tech‑enthusiast with a passion for solving organisational problems with SaaS solutions.
• Self‑motivated, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to craft compelling messages.
• Previous experience with social selling and outbound prospecting.
