Sales Development Representative – ICT & Managed Print

About the role

Our client in Reading is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to generate new business across ICT, Content Services and Managed Print Solutions. This hunter‑focused position will target commercial, corporate and public sector markets, with the opportunity to expand existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and win new business across ICT, Content Services and Managed Print Solutions, exceeding targets.
• Build and manage a pipeline from initial outreach through to close, using cold outreach, networking and referrals.
• Identify and engage key decision‑makers in commercial, corporate and public sector accounts.
• Own the full new‑business sales cycle – qualification, solution presentation, negotiation and closing.
• Maintain accurate CRM records to monitor pipeline health and activity.
• Grow existing accounts alongside new‑business efforts.

Required profile

• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing new‑business sales targets.
• Confident, proactive prospector comfortable with cold outreach and building pipelines from scratch.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and target‑driven with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently and deliver customer value.
