Sales Development Representative – IT Managed Services

About the role

Join an award‑winning IT Managed Services and Managed Security Services provider as a Sales Development Representative. Based in the Essex offices, you will start as an SDR with a clear pathway to a full 360 sales/account‑management role.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and assess their suitability for our services.
• Conduct targeted outbound calls to prospects who have attended events or shown interest.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align campaigns and generate qualified opportunities.
• Attend industry events and represent the company in person.
• Book appointments, prepare quotes and support the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales development, lead generation or inside sales.
• Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound prospecting.
