Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a long‑established, award‑winning business that provides print, marketing and point‑of‑sale solutions to leading UK retailers. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with senior decision‑makers and contributing to the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients across multiple sectors through outbound calls, email campaigns and LinkedIn networking.
• Generate high‑quality sales opportunities and qualify them into meetings.
• Maintain and develop a healthy sales pipeline using the company’s CRM system.
• Research new markets, target accounts and commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal creative, production and account‑management teams.
• Achieve individual KPIs and support overall business growth.

Required profile

• Confident, curious and resilient with a passion for the sales chase.
• Proven experience in lead generation, business development, sales executive or internal sales roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working to sales KPIs.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
