About the role

Our client, a leading London-based fintech delivering AI-driven solutions to enterprise customers, is expanding its sales team. They are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities and support the Account Executive team. This hybrid role offers a clear path to an Account Executive position within 9-12 months.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify enterprise leads through outbound and inbound activities.
• Engage senior decision-makers and communicate the value of AI-enabled fintech products.
• Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences and events.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as an SDR or Business Development Representative.
• Highly driven, resilient and target-focused.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with clients both virtually and face-to-face.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
• Can commute to central London.
