Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Private Markets

About the role

bunch is building the operating infrastructure for the next generation of private markets. As a Sales Development Representative you will own the front half of the sales funnel, generating and qualifying pipeline from venture capital and private equity fund managers while working closely with Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Research and prioritize target accounts by assets under management, fund stage, vehicle type and geography; maintain signal sources such as regulator registers.
• Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn and calls to generate qualified conversations and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Qualify inbound leads against the ideal customer profile and keep HubSpot data accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Partner with Account Executives to prepare deep‑dive workshops, build tailored pitch decks, one‑pagers and proposal materials.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR or sales‑support role, preferably in private markets, fintech or financial services.
• Daily use of Sales Navigator, HubSpot and AI tools such as Claude or Granola.
• Ability to build repeatable systems for monitoring regulator registers and hundreds of accounts.
• Strong organisational instincts and curiosity about private‑market fund structures.
