About the role
We are seeking a Sales Director to lead our East Midlands sales team at Miller Homes. You will direct the Sales Department, providing top‑quality advice and guidance across all projects.
Key responsibilities
- Be instrumental in developing and delivering the Business Plan from land purchase to final completion.
- Maintain an overview of sales performance, optimise project profitability and meet or exceed budget targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service while upholding core values and NHQC requirements.
- Manage departmental costs effectively.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in a similar role within the new house‑build environment.
- Highly customer‑focused with a proven ability to secure results through third parties.
- Skilled people manager capable of leading a geographically dispersed, multi‑disciplinary team.
- Natural leader with integrity, drive, determination, enthusiasm and a sense of humour.
