Sales / Ecommerce Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Sales / Ecommerce Account Executive to manage a portfolio of online marketplace customers for a well‑established global consumer brand. Based in Swindon with hybrid working, you will act as the primary contact for key accounts, combining data analysis and commercial insight to grow sales and support product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with designated key marketplace accounts.
• Drive account growth through strategic planning, joint business plans and alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor performance, analyse sales data and deliver regular business reviews.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, commercial agreements and promotional activities.
• Resolve account‑related issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with operations, marketing and finance teams to execute initiatives.
• Track market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and good organisational abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and eager to develop commercially.
• Financial literacy with an understanding of profit margins.
• Experience in ecommerce, sales or account management.
• Understanding of online marketplaces; Amazon experience is highly desirable.

What we offer

• £38,000 basic salary plus quarterly and annual bonus (OTE approx. £6,000 per year).
• Hybrid working arrangement (office in Swindon and remote).
