Sales & Education Advisor – London & South East

About the role

Pixi is looking for a motivated Sales & Education Advisor to grow its retail presence across London, the South East and the dedicated Pixi Boutique. In this hands‑on position you will support retail partners, engage directly with customers, deliver product education and drive sales while representing the brand in‑store.

Key responsibilities

• Support retail stores and the Pixi Boutique in achieving sales targets.
• Deliver personalised product recommendations and exceptional customer service.
• Build strong relationships with Beauty Advisors and store teams to promote brand advocacy.
• Lead product knowledge sessions, skincare consultations and makeup demonstrations.
• Assist with new product launches, promotions, in‑store events and visual merchandising.
• Maintain boutique operations, including stock replenishment and presentation standards.

Required profile

• Experience in beauty, skincare or cosmetics retail.
• Genuine passion for skincare, makeup and helping customers feel their best.
• Proven ability to meet personal sales targets.
• Confidence delivering product demonstrations and consultations.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude.
