Sales Enablement Manager – EMEA

About the role

Coder is hiring its first Sales Enablement Manager for the EMEA region. Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, you will be based in London and work in a hybrid model, creating and adapting content, building programs, and supporting the regional sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt sales enablement content for EMEA markets, including playbooks, battlecards, competitive positioning, and training materials that reflect regional buyer dynamics.
• Build and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for EMEA sales reps to ensure rapid ramp‑up and continuous product knowledge.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Marketing to translate global messaging into field‑ready content, providing constructive feedback when regional adaptation is needed.
• Collaborate with EMEA sales and SDR leadership to understand field needs and turn those insights into practical content and programs.
• Work with the global Content & Learning team to keep regional content consistent with global standards while remaining locally relevant.
• Identify gaps in the EMEA enablement program and proactively develop resources to close them.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, content creation, or a revenue‑facing role with an EMEA focus.
• Proven ability to create high‑quality enablement content independently, from brief to finished playbook.
• Strong understanding of EMEA enterprise sales dynamics.
• Comfortable working autonomously as the sole enablement person in a region, setting priorities and managing up effectively.
• Excellent communicator in English; additional European language proficiency is a plus.
• High ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to own your domain as an individual contributor.
