Sales Enablement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to strengthen our global go‑to‑market strategy in the UK. The role will equip the sales organisation with tools, training and content to accelerate pipeline generation, improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding programmes, sales training, role‑play sessions and ongoing upskilling for the sales team.
• Maintain and expand the internal content library, creating decks, proposals and other sales collateral aligned with client needs.
• Track full‑cycle sales performance, analyse data, report on pipeline health and implement initiatives to improve sales processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Operations to ensure alignment of campaigns, product launches and customer insights.
• Drive adoption of CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft or Apollo and promote centralized content storage (e.g., SharePoint).

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales enablement, GTM strategy and training delivery.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Curiosity about AI and interest in implementing AI projects to support sales.
