Sales Engineer – Aerospace (UK & Europe)

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Engineer with a background in aerospace or precision engineering to manage and grow our UK and European customer base. You will receive comprehensive training on our products, processes and industry, and will work closely with senior leadership to develop your technical and commercial expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own diary and customer portfolio, targeting new business through phone, email and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Travel to customer sites across the UK and, when required, Europe.
• Promote and sell precision‑engineered aerospace and defence solutions.
• Collaborate with the director and internal teams to understand product specifications and customer requirements.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience within the aerospace or precision‑engineering sector.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge.
• Ability to travel throughout the UK and occasionally to Europe.
• Valid right to work in the United Kingdom.
