About the role
Join a global Original Equipment Manufacturer as a Sales Engineer focused on machine tools and consumables. You will receive extensive OEM training to become a hands‑on technical expert, supporting customers across the Manchester/Leeds M62 corridor.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell bandsaws, blades and related consumables to existing and new clients.
- Develop and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Present the full machine range and associated services, including maintenance contracts.
- Maintain accurate sales records and forecast revenue.
Required profile
- Engineering or manufacturing background (essential).
- Motivation to pursue a long‑term technical sales career.
- Field‑based experience selling consumables is advantageous but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Knowledge of machine tools and consumable products.
What we offer
- Base salary £32,100 plus OTE up to £45,000.
