Sales Enquiry Advisor (Part‑time)

About the role

Join Hedin Automotive as a Sales Enquiry Advisor and become the first point of contact for customers beginning their BMW or MINI journey. Working from a centralised call‑centre, you will handle enquiries across phone, email, live chat, online channels and events on a part‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound telephone calls and respond to email, live chat, online and event‑generated sales enquiries with professionalism.
• Engage customers to understand their lifestyle, preferences and vehicle requirements, matching them with the most suitable BMW or MINI.
• Process digital enquiries through Carwow and CRM platforms within agreed service‑level targets.
• Record customer information accurately in the DMS system and allocate enquiries to the appropriate Sales Executive.
• Coordinate and schedule customer appointments, including test drives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the BMW & MINI product range, new technologies and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or a call‑centre environment, preferably advising on products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and deliver a high standard of customer service.
