Sales Enquiry Manager – BMW & MINI

About the role

The Sales Enquiry Manager will lead the handling of all new and used vehicle enquiries for the BMW and MINI brands at Sytner Harold Wood. This senior position ensures every customer interaction is prompt, professional and aligned with premium brand standards, driving conversion from first contact to sale.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee digital, telephone and showroom sales enquiries, guaranteeing timely responses.
• Maximise appointment conversion rates and overall sales opportunities.
• Coach and support the sales team on best‑practice enquiry handling.
• Monitor performance through reporting, KPIs and regular analysis.
• Maintain high‑quality customer communication throughout the sales journey.
• Collaborate with sales management to continuously improve the customer experience and sales results.
• Ensure all processes comply with manufacturer and Sytner Group standards.

Required profile

• Proven management experience within automotive retail sales.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach sales teams.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding conversion and customer satisfaction targets.
• Motivated by results and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
