Sales Executive / Account Manager

About the role

Ginai Pharmaceuticals is looking for a driven Sales Executive/Account Manager to join its high‑performance pharmaceutical sales floor. You will work on a full sales cycle, combining new‑business development with ongoing account management, in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to pharmacies and trade buyers
• Open new trading accounts and negotiate pricing
• Close deals and manage a personal portfolio of accounts
• Grow existing relationships and increase sales volume
• Operate with short‑line pharmaceutical stock and meet sales targets

Required profile

• Ambitious and motivated to build a successful sales career
• Competitive mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
• Confident telephone communicator
• Eager to earn based on performance and progress quickly
• Open to early‑career candidates, experienced sales reps, or customer‑facing professionals from other sectors
