Sales Executive – Agricultural Machinery

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Executive to join our family‑owned business in Walsall, focusing on agricultural machinery. You will receive full training on the equipment and have a clear, long‑term path towards a Sales Director position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Conduct equipment demonstrations and explain technical benefits to clients.
• Handle negotiations and close sales to meet realistic targets.
• Attend industry events and trade shows.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Background in plant hire, construction equipment, commercial vehicles or similar industrial sectors is advantageous.
• Ambitious with long‑term leadership aspirations.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Valid UK driving licence.
