Sales Executive – Automotive Dealership

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join a successful automotive dealership in Bristol. You will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing journey, delivering a premium experience while meeting ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the showroom and via digital enquiries.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Promote finance, insurance and additional products in line with company standards.
• Maintain accurate records and activity logs using CRM systems.
• Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a sales or customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven attitude with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
