Sales Executive – Automotive Retail

About the role

Join Mercedes‑Benz of Brighton as a Sales Executive, driving new and used vehicle sales in a vibrant dealership environment. You’ll work alongside a passionate team to deliver first‑class customer experiences and help customers find their perfect car.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via email, telephone and face‑to‑face.
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on individual needs.
• Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
• Negotiate final sale price and close deals.
• Complete all required paperwork for each transaction.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and hard‑working.
• Passionate about automotive sales and customer service.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
