Sales Executive – B2B Events

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to promote exclusive B2B events held at five‑star venues in locations such as Marbella, Istanbul and the Algarve. The role involves high‑energy telephone outreach to senior buyers and suppliers, with a focus on rapid sales cycles and immediate closures.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephone‑based B2B sales calls to senior executives, presenting upcoming business forums.
• Secure attendance and bookings for events on short notice, meeting tight sales targets.
• Negotiate terms and manage the full sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activity.
• Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless delivery for delegates.

Required profile

• Proven track record in telephone sales, preferably with senior decision‑makers.
• Ability to close deals quickly in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and resilience under pressure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in event, conference, exhibition or sponsorship sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
