Sales Executive – B2B (High Wycombe)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our B2B team in High Wycombe. You will work with existing and new business customers, promoting communication and technology solutions while receiving comprehensive training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing B2B customers, identifying opportunities for renewals, upgrades and additional services.
• Prospect new business clients, develop sales opportunities and present technology solutions.
• Advise customers on business‑critical communication and technology products.
• Collaborate with the field sales team on larger client opportunities.
• Manage your own sales pipeline and work towards clear targets.

Required profile

• Enjoys speaking with customers and building long‑term relationships.
• Motivated by achieving results and earning commission.
• Confident, ambitious and takes ownership of performance.
• Willing to develop skills and progress within a supportive sales team.
• Open‑minded about previous experience – B2B sales, inside sales, account management or similar roles are considered.
