Sales Executive – B2C Customer‑Focused Role

This full‑time Sales Executive position is ideal for a confident, proactive individual who thrives in a busy, fast‑paced environment. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, supporting customers throughout their buying journey, and contributing to the wider team’s success.

Key responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound customer sales enquiries.
• Converting survey and measurement appointments into confirmed sales opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with customers and providing a consultative sales approach.
• Identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable products and solutions.
• Preparing quotations and following up on outstanding proposals.
• Maintaining accurate records, systems, and customer documentation.
• Collaborating with surveyors and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a B2C sales environment with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
• Proactive, team‑focused and resilient with a customer‑centric attitude.
