Sales Executive / Business Development Manager

About the role

Rockpool Recruitment is partnering with a leading global corporate travel company that has been serving business travellers for over 30 years. They are expanding their London team and need a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager focused on professional services clients. No prior travel industry experience is required – attitude, drive and a proven B2B track record are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new professional services clients.
• Build and manage a pipeline using LinkedIn, networking events and referrals.
• Analyse each firm’s travel needs and create tailored proposals.
• Present a traveller‑centred service supported by proprietary technology.
• Meet new‑business targets while operating autonomously.

Required profile

• Strong B2B sales or business development background with demonstrable new‑business wins.
• Confidence in prospecting and relationship building on LinkedIn.
• Polished, professional manner when engaging senior decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated and capable of running an independent pipeline.
• Experience in corporate travel or TMC is a plus but not mandatory.
