Sales Executive – Event Venue

Join Aspire Leeds, a premier event venue in the heart of Leeds City Centre, as a Sales Executive. You will help grow the business by finding new opportunities and guiding clients through the booking process. This role is ideal for a people‑person who enjoys building relationships and wants to develop a career in events and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential new clients proactively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Arrange and attend client meetings and venue show rounds.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and support clients throughout their booking journey.
• Collaborate with the events team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate records using the company CRM system and contribute to team sales targets.

Required profile

• Confident, friendly and enjoys speaking with people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
