Sales Executive – Exhibition & Event Solutions

About the role

As a Sales Executive for RX Global’s Energy & Marine portfolio, you will drive commercial growth by selling exhibition space and related digital solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering tailored, value‑based proposals that help customers achieve their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to understand business needs and drive revenue.
• Sell exhibition space, sponsorship, branding and digital solutions through consultative selling to new and existing clients.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities by attending industry events and leveraging professional networks.
• Use data and insights to optimise customer value, inform decisions and increase sales.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations and finance teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring robust pipelines and reliable reporting.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to position the company as a market leader.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships in a B2B environment.
• Experience in consultative sales, preferably within exhibitions, media or related industries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients both in person and digitally.
• Highly organised, entrepreneurial mindset with effective time‑management and prioritisation.
• Comfortable using CRM tools such as Salesforce and leveraging data for decision‑making.
• Collaborative team player adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.
