Sales Executive – FMCG (Croydon Territory)

About the role

Join CPM as a Sales Executive representing Suntory’s iconic FMCG brands such as Lucozade Energy, Lucozade Sport and Ribena. You will manage a Croydon‑based territory covering Croydon, Kingston upon Thames, London SE, Sutton and surrounding areas, working across convenience, wholesale and foodservice channels.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and build relationships with independent retailers (e.g., Premier, Londis, Spar) and wholesale depots (e.g., Bestway) as well as foodservice sites such as gyms and universities.
• Own the assigned territory, drive profitable growth and increase product range and visibility using a blended face‑to‑face, virtual and digital contact strategy.
• Leverage data to identify opportunities, persuade stores to stock additional Suntory products and maximise sales potential.
• Collaborate with a team of Sales Executives and receive guidance from a field manager.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in FMCG or retail environments and a passion for selling iconic brands.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, both in person and across digital platforms.
• Self‑motivated with a desire to own a territory and deliver consistent results.
• Valid UK driver’s licence.
