Sales Executive – FMCG – Leicester Area

About the role

Thirsty for a change? Join our growing team at CPM as a Sales Executive representing Suntory’s iconic brands such as Lucozade Energy, Lucozade Sport and Ribena. You will work across the Convenience, Wholesale and Foodservice channels, covering the Leicester area and surrounding towns.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and build relationships with independent retailers (e.g., Premier, Londis, Spar) and wholesale depots (e.g., Bestway).
• Own and develop your territory, driving profitable growth by expanding product ranges and increasing shelf visibility.
• Use a blended contact strategy – face‑to‑face, virtual and digital – supported by data insights.
• Collaborate with fellow Sales Executives and your field manager to achieve team targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FMCG or retail sales, with a passion for selling iconic brands.
• Ability to take ownership of a territory and deliver consistent results.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, both in person and digitally.
• Valid UK driver’s licence.
