Sales Executive – Franchise Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive the growth of our franchise recruitment business. You will showcase our franchise model, guide prospects through the onboarding process and manage the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
• Organise and deliver meetings, events and on‑site presentations for prospective franchisees.
• Support prospects with due‑diligence tasks such as business planning, loan applications and grant requests.
• Guide prospects through franchise agreements and advise on marketing strategies.
• Create presentation packs, exhibition materials and status reports.
• Promote the company on social media and professional networking platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or recruitment sales.
• Strong relationship‑building and consultative selling abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organised with the capacity to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
• Second language desirable but not essential.
