Sales Executive – Full Replacement & Modernisation

About the role

The Sales Executive will focus on full replacement and modernisation of lifts in London and the Southeast. You will prepare detailed tenders and technical proposals for private and public sector customers, including main contractors, FM companies, consultants, developers and business owners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation, tendering and order processing to lift design and handover to installation and maintenance teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, proactively identifying opportunities.
• Upsell KONE digital IoT service solutions.
• Meet agreed business objectives, sales budget and pricing targets for the designated market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and report sales data accurately.

Required profile

• Lifts industry experience is essential.
• Proven track record of opening new business accounts and growing existing ones.
• Solution‑selling approach with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of contractual and financial terms.
• Good IT proficiency, including CRM systems.
