Sales Executive – Hotel SaaS Solutions

About the role

SiteMinder is the world’s leading hotel commerce platform, helping hotels attract guests, maximise revenue and simplify operations. As a Sales Executive you will connect with small and medium‑sized hoteliers, understand their challenges and demonstrate how our technology can transform their business.

Key responsibilities

• Uncover new opportunities and drive upsells for existing customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and celebrate wins with the team.
• Craft compelling proposals and negotiate contracts that satisfy both parties.
• Maintain a clean, up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM system.
• Relay client feedback to product teams to continuously improve the platform.

Required profile

• Experience in SaaS sales or a strong passion for selling solutions.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Confident phone presence and ability to lead meetings with prospects.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, both written and over the phone.
• Self‑motivation and resilience to consistently deliver high performance.
