Sales Executive - International Freight (Sea & Air)

About the role

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to expand our client base within a fast‑paced international freight forwarding environment. You will promote a full suite of logistics services, including sea and air freight, customs clearance and warehousing, while building lasting relationships with customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new business through networking, referrals and targeted outreach.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Sell sea freight, air freight, customs clearance and warehousing solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Keep CRM records up‑to‑date, tracking pipeline activity and reporting.
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities to maximise customer retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience in freight forwarding sales.
• Strong understanding of import/export processes for sea and air freight.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage accounts.
• Target‑driven with a commercial mindset.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures is a plus.
