About the role

We are seeking ambitious Sales Executives to join an award‑winning business in the Fareham/Southampton area. The role offers a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission and strong progression potential.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business by making outbound calls and qualifying prospects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Work towards and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience at every touchpoint.
