Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Tilbury depot, supporting customers with timber‑based panel products and ensuring smooth order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and answer inbound sales calls.
• Process customer orders accurately.
• Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Develop relationships through regular customer interaction.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an office or sales environment.
• Ability to multi‑task with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
• Good time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Proactive attitude towards training and career development.

What we offer

• Salary £28,000‑£30,000 per year, dependent on experience.
