Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive new business for a global manufacturer of high‑quality bespoke solutions. You will own the outbound sales process, building relationships and creating opportunities across the UK and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach and networking.
• Identify and qualify prospects across multiple industries and international markets.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and arrange meetings or product demonstrations.
• Develop an in‑depth understanding of the company’s technical products and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM system.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong drive, resilience and a genuine passion for winning new business.
• Experience in business development, sales or lead generation, preferably with outbound prospecting.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and manage workload.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
• Ambitious desire to build a long‑term career in a growing business.
