Sales Executive – Lead Generator

About the role

The client is seeking a full‑time, office‑based Sales Executive to act as a Lead Generator in Chandler's Ford. You will work within a growing B2B sales team, focusing on consultative outreach to identify and nurture new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
• Navigate gatekeepers and connect with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Take full ownership of the sales process from initial contact to lead hand‑over.
• Track call outcomes, schedule follow‑ups and build relationships to convert leads into long‑term clients.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs to maximise on‑target earnings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
• Goal‑oriented and able to demonstrate a strong track record of sales success.
• Proficiency with CRM systems for managing leads and pipelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, especially in data entry and record keeping.
