Sales Executive – Logistics & International Services

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and commercially‑focused Sales Executive to join our logistics client in Shepperton. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the customer base, strengthening existing relationships and promoting specialist international services.

Key responsibilities

• Make proactive sales calls to prospective and existing clients and arrange face‑to‑face meetings.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, airline representatives, overseas offices and partners.
• Understand client requirements, prepare accurate quotations and ensure they are commercially sound.
• Follow up enquiries, support conversion into business and record all activity in internal systems.
• Identify new business opportunities and support wider business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Positive, outgoing and professional attitude with strong communication skills.
• Confidence in cold calling and ability to manage customer relationships.
• Organised, commercially aware and results‑driven.
• Attention to detail when preparing quotations and client information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Word.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.
