Sales Executive – London

About the role

My client, a market leader within their industry, is looking for a Sales Executive to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer‑focused and commercially driven individual to manage enquiries, build strong client relationships and convert enquiries into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries
• Qualify customer requirements and promote products and services
• Arrange and manage client viewings
• Follow up enquiries and maximise sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information
• Build strong relationships with clients, brokers and internal teams
• Work closely with centre and sales teams to ensure excellent customer service
• Support proposals, bookings and contract negotiations

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑facing experience
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Commercially minded with a positive attitude
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure

Required skills

• Confident using CRM systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
