Sales Executive – MINI (High Wycombe)

About the role

Sytner Group is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join its MINI dealership in High Wycombe. You will be the primary point of contact for customers buying a new car, ensuring a first‑time right service and delivering a premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers face‑to‑face to understand their needs and guide them through the purchase journey.
• Provide accurate information about MINI models, finance options and after‑sales services.
• Work flexible patterns, including weekends, to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism on the showroom floor.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in a retail‑based customer service or sales role.
• Full, valid UK driving licence (beneficial).
• Willingness to attend an assessment centre as part of the recruitment process.
