Sales Executive – New Car Sales

About the role

Join the MINI Tamworth dealership as a Sales Executive, where you will be the primary point of contact for customers buying a new car. You will deliver first‑class experiences, guiding buyers from initial interest through to purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, understanding their vehicle needs.
• Present MINI models, arrange test drives, and explain features and financing options.
• Negotiate offers and close sales while meeting individual and team targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow‑up communications.
• Work flexible patterns, including weekends, to maximise customer service.
• Participate in product training and dealership events.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably automotive.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Full, valid UK driving licence (beneficial).
• Willingness to attend an assessment centre and work flexible hours.
