Sales Executive (Portuguese Speaking)

About the role

SiteMinder is the world’s leading hotel commerce platform, helping thousands of hotels increase revenue through technology. As a Sales Executive (Portuguese Speaking) you will work with hotel owners across Africa and the UK, building awareness of SiteMinder’s solutions and driving new business.

Key responsibilities

• Create new opportunities and upsell existing customers.
• Achieve sales KPIs and close deals in a timely manner.
• Identify upgrade opportunities within the existing client base.
• Prepare accurate quotes, present proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain accurate records in SiteMinder’s CRM system.
• Provide client feedback to the Product Team.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of SaaS sales experience.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Confident phone presence and strong listening skills.
• Excellent verbal communication with customers.
• Self‑motivated and resilient.
• Growth mindset with openness to feedback and coaching.
