Sales Executive – £29k‑£32k + Bonus

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join a growing business in Croydon. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling inbound enquiries and turning them into confirmed sales.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on inbound sales enquiries received via the website and other platforms.
- Engage potential customers, provide accurate quotations and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain and update the CRM with all customer interactions, quotes and bookings.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure bookings are clear and accurate.
- Record and upload all client correspondence and documentation.
Required profile
- Strong drive for sales and a passion for achieving results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- GCSEs in Maths and English.
- Good IT proficiency, including email and CRM usage.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
