Sales Executive – Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our recruitment team in Leeds. The role is 360‑recruitment focused, giving you full ownership of client acquisition, candidate sourcing, placements and account management. You will work closely with senior consultants to deliver high‑quality recruitment solutions for a range of sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a profitable desk across temporary and permanent recruitment.
• Proactively win new business and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Source, interview and place candidates while meeting revenue and gross‑profit targets.
• Negotiate fees and manage margins to maximise performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in 360 recruitment or a strong sales/business‑development background.
• Target‑driven, commercially minded and confident in negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, organised approach.
• Motivated to build and grow your own desk.
