Sales Executive – Telecom & IT Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an organised, commercially‑minded sales support professional with experience in telecoms, IT or customer service to join a leading international telecommunications and technology organisation. Working directly with the Commercial Director, you will be involved in the full sales lifecycle for mission‑critical network solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day customer enquiries and provide product, pricing and lead‑time information.
• Prepare and track quotations, follow up opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Process customer orders through to successful completion, invoicing and coordination with procurement, operations, finance and engineering teams.
• Qualify new leads and support customer retention, cross‑selling and business development.

Required profile

• Experience in sales support, internal sales, administration or customer service.
• Background in telecoms, IT, managed services or engineering is desirable.
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Highly organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities accurately.
• Confident using CRM, ERP and Microsoft Office while working across technical and operational teams.
