Sales Executive – Telesales & Business Development

About the role

Imperial Workforce is recruiting a Sales Executive for Made for Trade, a leading UK manufacturer of aluminium roof lanterns and bi‑folding doors. Based at the head office in Wynyard, you will support the company’s sales strategy through proactive business development, customer engagement and revenue generation.

Key responsibilities

• Contact all leads, evaluate them and follow up according to the Made for Trade process.
• Convert leads into active customers by identifying requirements and recommending suitable products.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Support the New Business Sales Manager in delivering the overall sales strategy.
• Arrange product demonstrations, showroom appointments and support trade events.
• Analyse customer purchasing trends, re‑engage dormant accounts and implement actions to recover lost business.
