Sales Host – Member Services & Sales

About the role

As a Sales Host at Everlast Gyms you will be the first friendly face members encounter, combining reception duties with proactive sales and service. You will help drive new memberships, support member retention, and contribute to a welcoming club atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional.
• Promote and sell memberships, aiming to meet sales and retention targets.
• Drive secondary spend by recommending club products and services.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
• Act as a key holder, opening and closing the club as required.
• Perform administrative tasks using the club’s membership software.
• Stay informed about fitness challenges, classes, and floor initiatives, actively encouraging member participation.
• Support the Fitness Manager and team with gym floor projects.
• Handle member feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.

• Outgoing, positive, and passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
• Confident with administrative duties and club systems.
• Sales‑focused with a drive to achieve membership and retention goals.
• Flexible to work varied shifts and take on key‑holder responsibilities.
• Genuine interest in fitness and the club’s products and services.
