Sales & Lettings Negotiator

About the role

Our client, an independent residential estate agency in Haslemere, is looking for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to work across both sales and lettings. You will join a busy, professional office environment and help clients buy, sell and rent properties while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct viewings for residential sales and lettings properties.
• Register, qualify and negotiate offers with applicants.
• Progress transactions through to completion, handling all paperwork.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Carry out market appraisals and generate new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous estate agency experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, professional approach with clients.
• Well‑presented, enthusiastic and self‑motivated.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
