Sales & Lettings Negotiator

About the role

Join an award‑winning estate agency in Wanstead as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator. You will work with a highly qualified team to manage property sales and rentals, delivering a bespoke service to each client.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties for sale and rent.
• Conduct viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers and tenants.
• Negotiate offers and close deals to meet sales and lettings targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and property values.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, lettings, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Competitive salary £25,000 base with OTE up to £40,000.
• Company car.
• Standard office hours Monday‑Friday 9am‑6pm, Saturday 9:30am‑4pm.
