Sales Manager – Client Services (Hybrid, Bristol)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager to lead our Client Services team in Bristol. You will drive lead conversion, support families through bereavement, and ensure a seamless client experience across our legal and professional services.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse Management Information (MI) to identify trends and improve conversion rates.
• Act as the referral point for Client Services and Probate Consultants, providing guidance and training.
• Oversee daily lead management to maximise business growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver a smooth client journey.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in a sales environment within legal or professional services.
• Proven people‑management skills, including recruitment, appraisals, and capability handling.
• Strong track record of coaching, mentoring and talent development.
• Clear, empathetic communication style and solution‑focused mindset.
• Passion for making a difference in people’s lives.
