Sales Manager – Commercial Property Refurbishment

About the role

JMF Associates is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead commercial revenue growth for office refurbishment, CAT A/CAT B fit‑out and workspace transformation projects. Based in the City of London, you will join a high‑growth team and manage the full sales lifecycle from enquiry to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target commercial tenants planning relocations or upgrades.
• Build and maintain relationships with real‑estate agents, landlords and architects.
• Generate leads, develop competitive tenders and present design proposals and quotations to decision‑makers.
• Coordinate with internal designers and estimators to ensure accurate pricing and margin control.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and activity reporting in the company CRM.
• Act as the primary commercial contact throughout bidding, contract negotiation and project handover.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales success in commercial fit‑out or refurbishment.
• Strong understanding of workspace design, furniture systems and construction processes.
• Existing network of designers, architects and key stakeholders in the commercial property sector.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Highly organised with the capacity to manage complex bid structures and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system for pipeline management.

What we offer

• Base salary £55,000‑£70,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission (approximately 3 % of contract value).
