Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the department, maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
• Plan and execute the business strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Act as a role model, creating a fun and friendly atmosphere for colleagues and customers.
• Motivate and inspire the team to continuously raise performance standards.
• Take a proactive approach to expanding the company’s membership base.
• Work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
